Jewelled Hat Sizing
Do the jewelled hats come in different sizes?
Yes, they do. Sizes range from 53cm - 59cm. You will be asked to select a head size before adding your hat to your basket.
I am ordering a hat as suprise for somebody else, so I don't know what their head size is! What do I do?
If you are ordering a hat as surprise for somebody and are unable to find out their head size, there is also an option to select the 'average size' before adding to your basket. The average size is 56cm, so if you select this option, this is the size we will use. If you'd like to go up a size just in case, please select 57cm. Please note that the hats can be made smaller by inserting material into a fold in the inside rim, if need be. We are of course, unable to guarantee that the hat will fit, whichever option you choose.
My hat has arrived and it doesn't fit! What do I do?
If your hat is too large, you can make it smaller by instering materials into the inside fold. Please contact us if you need help or advice on how to do this. If your hat is too small, unfortunately there is not much that can be done. We take no responsibilty if your hat is the wrong size.
How do I measure my head?
Use either a piece of string (and measure it afterwards) or a soft, flexible measruring tape. Your head should be measured where a hat would usually sit, just above the ears and around the full circumference of your head. Do not pull too tightly on the string or measuring tape. Always measure multiple times for the most accurate measurement. It may be useful to ask somebody else to measure your head for you. We take no repsonsibilty if your hat does not fit properly.
Lead Times and Shipping Info
If I pay in full, how long will it take for my hat to be delivered?
You can view the current lead times by clicking here. Please note that lead times are subject to change at any time. It is highly like that lead times will increase, possibly as much as double, during times of high demand (March, April and May are usually extremely busy):
How far in advance should I order my hat if I want to pay in full?
We always suggest ordering your hat as far in advance as possible and ahead of the lead times stated to avoid any dissapointment if you come to order later. As a guide, we recommend ordering 3-4 months before you require your item, just to be on the safe side.
How will my item be packaged?
All items are bubble wrapped (a lot) with tonnes of extra protective packaging. Please bear in mind that when we pack and wrap our items, our priority is to ensure that they arrive safe and sound, not to look pretty. We do not currently offer gift boxes, but this is something we are looking into for the future.
Which courier service do you use?
For UK deliveries, usually Hermes or Royal Mail.

My hat has arrived damaged, what happens now?
We take great care to ensure this doesn't happen and it very rarely does. But unfortuntely accidents can happen, and if your hat has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order is dispatched, you will recieve an email with your tracking information.
How far in advance should I order my hat if I order with a deposit?
We always suggest securing your hat with a deposit as far in advance as possible to avoid any dissapointment later. We are already getting very booked up for the first half of 2021. You can check our availability for the year ahead by clicking here.
Do you accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations?
All items are custom made, therefore we do not accept cancellations or returns, and all items are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving your parcel).
Our products are heavily embellished and should be handled with care. We will not be held liable for any damage that occurs to your item after it is received.

Can my jewelled hat be customised?
Yes, you will see the options to customise when you click on a style. You can customise your hat even further by going to the Hat Add Ons page, where you will find various add ons available and upgrade options. Please make sure you read all of the information when you click onto an item.
I'd like to customise my hat with something I can't find on your website - is this possible?
Usually, yes. If you have an idea or would like something specific on your hat which is not listed, please do get in touch.
Will my hat look exactly like it is in the photos online?
As our products are crafted by hand and not factory made, each hat comes out a little diffrerent which we think is good thing. The materials that we use may vary slightly, and hat shapes also do differ a little, but overall your hat will lbe the same style and look very similar to the photos online.
What is the quality of your hats like?
Something that we abolsutely pride ouselves on, is the quality of our hats. We use the highest grade military hats, which we personally hand-pick to ensure the best shape and quality. The hats we use are strong, durable and look great. They are then made with meticulous care and attention to detail, so you can be rest-assured that the hat you are going to receieve is the very best quality.
Are Add Ons available for all items, or just the military hats?

How do I take care of my jewelled items? What happens if something breaks?
Our products are very heavily embellished and should be treated with the highest level of care. Please do not hold onto your item in a place where it is heavily embellished, such as the visor of a jewelled hat. Doing so may cause damage. We take no reponsibilty for any damage that occurs to your item after it has arrived.

Stock Availability and Wholesale
Are your products and styles always in stock?
No, you will notice products and styles coming in and out of stock. Styles may go out of stock at any time. We always advise ordering far in advance, ahead of lead times, to avoid any dissapointment later on.
