It is important that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set out below before ordering from our website. Before placing an order, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order, so that you understand them at the time of placing your order.
MILITARY HATS & CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
You MUST ensure that your required delivery week is available before placing your order. If you decide to pay in full for your order at checkout and your delivery week is not available, you will be charged a processing fee to have your payment refunded.
If you wish to pay using our deposit system, you must select 'Manual Payment' at checkout. If you pay in full and wish to be refunded so that you can pay with a deposit instead, you will be charged a processing fee to do this.
RETURNS POLICY
For custom made hats and crowns, we do not accept cancellations or returns, and all items are non-refundable.
As we hold your space once you pay a deposit/pay in full for your hat, you are unable to cancel your order once placed.
All deposits are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving your parcel).
Our products are heavily embellished and should be handled with care. We will not be held liable for any damage that occurs to your item after it is received.
Pre-made hats and crowns are non-refundable.
DEPOSIT OPTION
All deposits are non-refundable.
After checking out, we will issue you with two invoices.
1. Deposit Invoice - to be paid immediately upon receipt. If unpaid after 2 days, your order will be cancelled. Please note, stock is not reserved for you until you pay your deposit and late payments could result in your slot being lost.
2. Balance Invoice - payable a month before your selected delivery week. Delays in payment may result in us not delivering your order on time.
Please note, that orders may also arrive earlier than your selected week.
After your deposit is paid, we are under no obligation to change your ordered style if we are unable to.
We are unable to hold your item for more than 14 days after the balance due date. If unpaid for after this period, your deposit and item will be lost.

PAYING IN FULL
You may also wish to pay in full for your order, instead of paying with a deposit.
All orders are currently to be placed in advance, regardless of your chosen payment method, and you must inform us of your chosen delivery week from our availability list.
LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING
The lead times given on this website are given in good faith but are approximate and not guaranteed. We always ensure that we leave plenty of time for shipping so that you receive your item within the given time frame, however courier services are not within our control and we take no responsibility for delays incurred by courier services / customs.
If you have ordered via our deposit system and do not pay your balance invoice on the due date, there may be a delay in us shipping your order. Your items will not be shipped until the balance invoice is paid.
Please note that items may be shipped earlier than the given lead or selected dates.
The courier services we use may vary.
All packages are sent fully tracked. You will receive tracking information via email when your item is being shipped.
MILITARY HAT INFO
Our products are heavily embellished and should be handled with care. We will not be held liable for any damage that occurs to your item after it is received.
Jewelled hat shapes do vary slightly, and we are unable to guarantee a particular shape of hat.
The materials and some embellishments used for your item may vary to the photos used on this website, depending on stock availability at the time. We will notify you via email if any major changes need to be made due to stock being unavailable.
The images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours on your screen may vary slightly due to your computer’s display settings.
All head sizes and measurements of our items are approximate, however every effort is made to ensure they are as accurate as possible. If you choose an average size hat, you will be assigned a 56 or 57cm.
Our items are not recommended for small children or pets as small parts could potentially be choking hazards. Please keep our items out of reach from children and pets at all times. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk and we take no responsibility for any mishaps or misuse of our products.
All our items are hand made and not produced in a factory setting. Although we are meticulous and make our items to the highest standard, please do keep in mind that there may be variations and very minor imperfections, this is just the nature of a hand made product.
ORDERING
You should ensure that you have read all given information on the product pages carefully so that you understand what an item includes or does not include as standard. We do not take responsibility if you have not read this or have read this incorrectly.
We may not always be able to honour requests to make changes to your order. If you have paid in full for a military hat, we will not be able to offer refunds for price differences should you wish to change your order.
FULFILLING YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right to not fulfil an order if an item is unavailable or out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment, if information on the product you have ordered was incorrect, or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to fulfil your order based on the above we will contact you via email, and a full refund including any delivery charges will be issued as soon as possible.

You must notify us that you’d like to return your item via email within 14 days of receiving your items.

We do not pay for your returns postage, this is your responsibility.

Your item is not refundable if the tags are removed or if it is not in perfect condition, if it smells of body odour, perfume, deodorant or is stained.

If part of your order contains a 'pre-order' item, your entire order will be shipped once the 'pre-order' item is in stock. If you wish to receive the in stock item/items quicker, you will need to place two separate orders - one containing the in stock item/items, and one containing the 'pre-order' item/items.
If you place an order for both 'in stock' and 'pre order' items but decide afterwards that you'd like the in stock items ASAP, you will need to pay an additional £3.99 delivery charge (UK) and the stated shipping fee for international orders.
If pre-order items are going to be in stock later than the stated time, you will be notified and given the option cancel.
