RETURNS POLICY

JEWELLED MILITARY HATS / COWGAL HATS / BRIDE BAGS / CAPS

 

All jewelled hats are custom made, therefore we do not accept cancellations or returns, and all items are non-refundable.

All deposits are non-refundable.

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving your parcel).

 

Our jewelled hats are heavily embellished and should be handled with care. We will not be held liable for any damage that occurs to your item after it is received.

Pre-made hats and crowns are non-refundable.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

​

If you wish to return clothing to us, you must notify us via email hello@glittergals.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted. After notifying us, you will then need to send your unwanted items back ASAP (within 14 days).

​

All returned items should be in their original unworn condition with tags attached. Any items with body odour, deodorant, perfume or stains on (including make up) will not be accepted. So please make sure you are careful when trying on your items.

​

We do not currently offer exchanges.

​

Please leave a note with your name and order number in your parcel. We advise sending your parcel back to us using a Royal Mail tracked/insured service, as we are not responsible if your package gets lost or damaged.

​

Refunds will be processed back to the same card used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 12 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive it, and a further 7-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

​

After tags are removed, we take no responsibility for your item. Please make sure it is in perfect condition upon arrival and follow the care instructions carefully.

TO SUM UP

  • All custom made items and deposits are non-refundable,

  • You must notify us that you’d like to return your item via email within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • We take no responsibility for your returned parcel until it reaches us.

  • We do not pay for your returns postage, this is your responsibility.

  • Your item is not refundable if the tags are removed or if it is not in perfect condition, if it smells of body odour, perfume, deodorant or is stained.
